Leschi Residence on what felt like the hottest day of the summer. Phase 2 Landscaping completed and had by that time filled-in nicely. We are sure our kind and patient clients @non_obj and @aguaviva_candeias are happy we're finally out of their hair

A week of construction starts for us. Construction work has started on this Lake Tahoe 1970’s cabin. We are using the term renovation lightly here, as we are saving only the best possible parts, including a cool stone fireplace.
